Our vision is to build a human-rights-conscious nation — one that embraces diversity, protects the vulnerable, and ensures that no voice goes unheard. By promoting education, tolerance, and civic awareness, HRP strives to nurture a culture grounded in respect, empathy, and equality for all.
We aspire to see a future where every individual understands their constitutional and moral rights, actively participates in upholding them, and contributes to creating a fair and inclusive society free from injustice and extremism.
Our Mission
Founded in Karachi, Human Rights Post (HRP) is a monthly magazine devoted to protecting and promoting human rights through responsible journalism and social awareness. Our mission is to shed light on issues that threaten human dignity, empower people through information, and inspire collective action toward equality and justice.
Through both our print and digital editions at www.hrpostpk.com, HRP serves as a bridge between citizens, institutions, and the human rights movement. We are committed to conducting nationwide awareness and training programs designed to educate the public about their legal rights, strengthen community participation, and counter intolerance and discrimination.
To make human rights education accessible to all, HRP invests significant resources in publishing and distribution — offering each copy at a minimal price of Rs. 7/- despite a production cost of Rs. 35/-. Annual subscriptions are available for just Rs. 300/- (approx. USD 2.72), covering packaging and delivery.
In addition, HRP provides complimentary copies to libraries, NGOs, community organizations, educational institutions, and relevant government departments across Pakistan — ensuring that accurate, unbiased, and empowering information about human rights reaches every level of society.
With over a decade of dedication, HRP continues to stand as the voice of the voiceless, amplifying stories of resilience, justice, and hope — and working tirelessly to build a Pakistan where human rights are recognized, respected, and realized for all.
